    Back down on weight?

    So I’m bulking right now and I add 5 lbs weekly to my main compounds (ie Bench, ohp, incline bench, barbell Rows etc.). But I’m usually at like RPE. 100000 and I’m plateauing like crazy, especially on bench. What should I do?
