So, for some reason since starting working out more seriously a year ago I still hadn’t done any pullups or chinups only a week ago just because I thought I wasn’t strong enough. A few days ago I discovered that I can now actually do about 5-8 chinups and 2-4 pullups in one go. By the way, it felt so good because it was actually the first time I was able to do it. And I’m heavy af since I’m 178 cm and weigh 95,5kg (I’ve lost like 4 within last two months though, maybe even faster).
I would really like to get some insight on how to improve on these excersises. I know I could use a rubber band etc.. but any technique advice? It would be much appreciated since it’s probably quite trash rn.
