Skinny fat problem
Hello guys, i just started working out, and i don’ know what to do.
I’m 18 and too weak to do most of the workouts i’ve seen on the internet that are for beginners, i started balancing my meals and counting my macros an calories (having a hard time keeping fat macros low and reach protein/carbohydrates macros, i’m vegetarian btw)
I would post pics af my abdomen but the forum doesn’t let me to.
What should i do?
