This practice is all about finding strength through challenge. We will go through a full and complete flow focused mainly on shoulder and core integrity.  We will build up to bound standing poses, bakasana, and a few attempts at hopping into forearm stand. Importantly, we will remember that although this practice challenges our physical strength, there are many types of strength we can develop! (60 minutes/All Levels)
