Handstand doesn’t happen overnight. This practice, which is still a full body experience, offers you a path to help you develop your handstand with hard work, repetition, and time. We’ll do a standing split based preparation with a little core focus on hugging into center. This is not a practice that teaches you everything you need to know about handstand, but offers one approach to try. We will work both at the wall and in the center of the room if you are ready!
